At Bamboo Dreams, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags attached.

Certain items such as sale products, undergarments, or customized products may not be eligible for return or refund.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a few business days.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
